Are you running the installer as a administrator? (Right click, Run as admin..)

Also ensure that your GTA directory is not read-only.

UAC is disabled.

Can you type up more details to this error? Have you tried reinstalling LCPDFR?

How am I suppose to type up more details? This pretty much explains everything, I am having trouble launching it. It happened after I installed the original game, it worked fine, and then I attempted to install LCPDFR and it stopped working.
