What Happens When Tow Ticker Crashes...

So basically what happened was that I shot a fellow police officer in the head because he was getting away in my car

First I tried to jack it (take him out) I succeeded but then he instantly dragged me out again. After that I shot him, and a fellow other officer pointed a gun at me and my character put his hands up. After that, I got into a car and the computer took over my player.

This video was not recorded from the start of the pursuit

haha secret lcpdfr feature?

Not exactly.  Looks like something crashed and made LCPDFR go all weird - for some reason it marked the player as wanted for killing the cop, then the cops started chasing them like they do for normal AI suspects.  Interestingly enough, when we developed the pursuit system and the chasing AI, we used to test it in a similar way by playing the part of the criminal as the player, having all the cops chase us.
