I don't know how to do this except to modify some essential game files. You would have to ask someone like Sam or LMS or another modder.

Is there a way to have the ai police officers patrol in the polpatriot,fbi,noose, etc. vehicles? if so can ya tell me or put up a link?

 

you might be able to use traffic load or one of thems and then make a script for that i would think that is the only way possible that should be an option although you could just modifiy it with just switiching files. i think there is a way

What I did was went into the cargrp.dat file (Located in Common-Data) and looked for 'Polpatriot' or 'Noose' and deleted just that car and replaced it with a non-police random car. (Civilian Car)

 

Then I went to my scripts folder and went to traffic flow and replaced, in this case 'Bus' with 'Polpatriot' or 'Noose.'
