GTA EFLC WON'T UPDATE

So I re installed GTA because I was crashing. 

 

After the game was re installed I started to update the game. I then move the media, titleupdate and setup into gta EFLC directory. I launched the setup and get an error saying it can't update and tells me to go to this directory and check the log files.

 

I searched every post to find how to fix this but no luck. I did a clean uninstall of the game earlier and still get this stupid error. 

 

This error never happened to me the first time I had installed gta and updated it but until I did a clean uninstall everything just went crazy. e.e

 

Help?

Have you tried running the update as administrator? It could be that it doesn't have sufficient permissions to look for your directory.

Fixed it, all i had to was put in xlive.dll and then ran the update. Weird it works that way :s
