Why does this happen?

Featured Replies

So I recently got a VISA Gift card as a Christmas present, but it says that in order to activate it, $4.44 will be drawn from the card, why does that happen every time?

gonna have to fight them on that one as if you wanted to buy a gift card for a 100 and then you will have less and the thing you wanted was a hundred i know thats why i never use those things. i did once but what bullshit i shop on amazon or go to the store and get regular ones i dont bother using debt or credit cards anymore as much i would like to but the world has gone made with all the hacking for the past year and a half
