does anyone know how to open the speed radar thing when you open it it shows speed color and any flags its a little circle u put in though a car please reply if u know how i can open it or if its a download 

I believe you are talking about the speed radar found in Sniper296's GTAPolicingTools. There are also other spped radars available for download.

hmm while i've got ya here i noticed that once i installed the ANRP that the calls i was receiving were still red after i stopped them, gave punishment, etc. when normally with the LCPDFR radar once i gave them ticket the red circle disappeared. i did disable ANPR via the police car console to keep them from interracting with each other. there for a minute i had like four red circles randomly still on the screen after i had dealt with them lol. is that normal and something i just should look over or did i possibly screw up the install?

 

just so ya know all i did to install my ANRP was put those two files in scripts. thanks :)
