I did everything it sayed i had to do and this showed up, they sayed i should post this as a bug on the website. Here we are, please help me cuz i really wanan play this ! :(

One, this is in the wrong section, so I'm sure the mods won't be happy. Two, this has been discussed in dozens of topics.

Anyway, I'll say it again, make sure your GTA IV folder is not read-only. Right click the Grand Theft Auto IV folder, uncheck read-only, click apply and ok. Then try reinstalling the mod.
