So ive been learning to model, some parts i add stay all light up, like HG2 Side Runners will stay all light up and wont flash? Anybody know how to fix this?

Something is most likely assigned to a different material than it should be. The "Off" LEDs appear to be assigned to a lightsemissive texture meaning they're on when the car is on when in fact they should be assigned to a mesh or generic material.
