I found a unlocked pair of light force spotlights by LCCOP I was wondering if there is any way I can make them blink like wig-wags.

Create els for them and I guess make them extra 5 and 6

How can I create els for them.

I do not know exactly how all of the ELS mapping and what not works in the 3D programs, but I would imagine that you would assign the spotlights to which ever extras you want them to be assigned to. 

Before you can even do this your gonna need to lean how to map els
