I only have a couple mods. 

 

State patrol patriot, dodge charger, bravehearts tag and radar, police helper.

 

Game is purchased by steam. I have a GTX 680 graphics card, 8GB ram, Intel i7 3930K processor. 

 

I dont know why the game continues to crash. I have deleted it and reinstalled from scratch and nothing has helped.

    Remove your unsupported third-party mods and try again. It will probably work a lot better without them. It is most likely because LCPDFR is designed to work with a vanilla copy of the game, not modded.
