So I was going to create a template for the Esperanto and I was going off this tutorial and it said that I need GIMP or Photoshop. I don't really want to spend all this money on Photoshop, so I decided to use GIMP. I searched it and when I clicked on the link, Webroot, my anti-virus software, told me that the site has been reported unsafe. I figured this website is fake and tried going to other links, but Webroot tells me the same stuff over and over.

Can someone link me the site to download GIMP?

You can get a portable version of it on www.portableapps.com i believe.

 

I thought this said "Where can I get Gump?".

 

But yeah, the program is provided free on the official website.
