right harper why u being so rude to me im asking for help on here and all u do is lock my post because its in the wrong section...

well the reason its in the wrong section is because it wont let me proceed to the next point on the trouble shoot page.... i click on no i cant go on duty and nothing happens so can u suggest wot i do next instead of locking my post and yes i did read the instructions.... i been a member for a couple of days and get sh*t off u, yeah thats nice int it

You don't understand, we get tons of the same threads every single day, we are sick of telling people to follow the correct format, It doesn't matter if it's in the wrong forum. If the proper format is followed, we can help you easier and quicker.

If there is a problem with the troubleshooter you should contact Jay, and if you had any problems with me locking your post you should contact me in a PM, I would of re-opened it.
