Here's what you do:

1. Rename the textures for each model to their actual names. Like emerglights_talon or _liberty

2. Make a new project and import all the textures for whichever one you want to do first.

3. Go to the material editor and rename each material the name of the renamed texture(ie emerglights_talon lightsemissive, mesh, vehglass)

4. Redo the materials in each one: Materials tutorial

5. Click ok and the model should be normal now.

I would do this for all things have common names like that so when you import a model, it won't f up
