Depending on what games you plan on playing. 2.00ghz CPU might be ok, although you might see a few lag spikes with new games (Next-gen games). You should be able to play GTA 4 on mediumish settings.

 

However that being said, we don't know your graphics card. that plays a vital role within PC gaming aswell.

Generally Notebooks/laptops are not recommended for gaming. That being said, you should be able to run Grand Theft Auto IV on low to medium settings with a decent frame-rate. You will need to upgrade to a desktop computer with better hardware if you're wanting to play Grand Theft Auto IV on higher settings or other graphically intense games.
