ok I clicked extract all and this is what it says :Cannot Complete the Compressed (zipped) Folders Extraction Wizard

and at the bottom:

The compressed (zipped) folder is empty.

Before you can extract files, you must copy files to this compressed (zipped) folder.

Thats is what it says.

Open the folder, are there any files inside?

I dont know because I cant open the folder

Then the file didn't download properly. Download it again.

it already takes an hour to download

I know, sorry but it's seems to me like its corrupt. It has only partially downloaded. The only option is to delete it and then re-download it.

It's in a Zip folder so he could just use windows explorer to open it.....
