Sell (stolen) vehicles mod, something like Crime City?

Hello.

I've seen the Crime City Mod in a Let's Play about it some weeks ago (I've actually just watched a new part about it).

Basically, Crime City adds a few vehicle black markets where you can sell boats, helicopters and land vehicles to the map (I think the money reward for the vehicles is customizable, and it sinks if the vehicle is damaged, obviously). Also, it adds something like a PDA, but the guy making the Let's Play has never used it.

Now I want to use it too, but unfortunately, the author has removed the mod for whatever reason. :/

Does anyone know a mod that lets you sell vehicles (like at Stevie's Garage)?
