ELS V8 Not Working

I installed all of the files correctly including dsound.dll and it still is not working. I press every key that it says to and nothing happens. The only thing I can do is click "G" and work the siren, thats it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Do you have _SLOTCONTROL and default_config in you're ELS folder? and ELS.ini and ELS.asi in you're main game folder, and or have you messed with ELS.ini and change anything around?

I have all of those and no I didnt edit anything its all the way it came

Are you using ELS enabled vehicle models, and are they set to "on" within the configuration file located inside the ELS folder?

Sorry, and They are all ELS V8 recommended firetrucks and police cars and they are all set to on and still nothing
