I am not very smart when it comes to computer terms such as MODS etc...but I would love to get this game download to the PC can anyone walk me through how to do this? If I buy the GTA IV PC game from Walmart or where ever what all do I need to do next to play this game? I have Windows 7 fairly new DELL laptop. I just need help getting started after purchasing the game.

    No I have 6GB of Ram. I will take a screen later and edit this post with a link. And anyway the program says I have 7GB of normal Ram :)

    Also cpu speed. 2.8 Ghz rated at 6.3 Ghz ???
