Question about installing Legacy Charger files

So there was two folders. Inside the zip file. The vehicle folder has the noose.wft and the noose.wtd

Inside the ELS config folder is one file noose.ini, now thats the one I have no idea of where it goes. I am using open lv. Can someone point me in the right direction

That file goes inside your "ELS" folder. You'll then have to enable the path inside the slot control file.

Also, moved to GTA IV Support.

That seems to be my problem as there is no "ELS" folder or at least I don't see one. I'm I supposed to add that folder and if so where should it go. Sorry for all the newbie questions I just want to get this right.

You have to download and install ELS V8 to your directory.
