    Thanks for the reply. That seems to be my problem as there is no "ELS" folder or at least I don't see one. I'm I supposed to add that folder and if so where should it go. Sorry for all the newbie questions I just want to get this right.

    So there was two folders. Inside the zip file. The vehicle folder has the noose.wft and the noose.wtd Inside the ELS config folder is one file noose.ini, now thats the one I have no idea of where it goes. I am using open lv. Can someone point me in the right direction Thanks for any help.
