[SUG] ICP/EMA SUV

So yesterday, i decided to try out EVI's FBI CP finally.  And while it is awesome and very cool, it is quite big.  A little too big to be practical in gta iv.  So, while this is not a request, i do think people would appreciate a smaller Incident Command Post/Emergency Management Agency vehicle.  I think an xl SUV (Ford Expedition, Chevy Suburban and GMC Yukon XL) would be a good size.  It would probably be best to only have a very simple livery (as in just lettering), if any.  That way people can request or make skins for it based on their favored agencies and departments.  Since the suggestion is for an suv that can fit either role, I assume it is best to keep the lighting simple.  Anyway, just a thought.  Below are some pics and a vid or 2 of cool features on real ICP/EMA SUVs or designs:
