A few things I have noticed after installing RC2-R2.

1. I was chaseing a guy, cought up with him, and pushed him down. Then i pressed E while he was getting up and selected the frisk option. Then he starts running away and i can't move. I have to load another save file to be able to move again.

2. I don't seem to have a tazer. I don't spawn with one and i don't get one after opening my trunk.

3. Sometimes when i pull over a car and the pop up tells me to exit my vehicle, the car starts driveing again (it doesn't go into persuit It just keeps driveing normally) and since i have exited my cop car there is a red circle that is traveling with the car next to it's driver seat.

4. (not an error but it is annoying) After a car chase and the driver has steped out of his car i can't be near any trunks to arrest him otherwise i'd check the cars and delay his arrest.

5. When i am near a trunk and the message pops up telling me about checking trunks, sometimes pressing E will start checking the car and sometimes it will do nothing. So sometimes i can check a trunk and sometimes i can't.

6. I had a few notifications of errors in the game and was told to check the error log, but there was nothing from today. As for the LCPDFR log it does not say what dates the errors occured on (if you still want to see it i can't attatch them for some reason even though they are below the max size limit).

These errors are not one time errors, even in the 2 hours i have played RC2-R2 these errors have occured multable times, and honestly, they are ruining the mod. How do i fix these errors?

For the tazer, even after pressing ALT+T? It takes a while for the officer to pull it out.

As for trunk searches, I haven't been able to get that working at all. I get the message, but no action. I wonder if this may have something to do with the fact I have modded cars, for the cars that it did work for you, were they modded cars or default. Also same question, but for when it didn't work as well. I haven't experianced these other issues though.

I can definetly say now, that after playing another round to see how things work out, that it seems like Trunk Searches work, even with modded cars, but it is like how the arrest key used to be, requiring lots of button spamming or being in the right area.

After you tase some one you have to wait till they get up to arrest them. Else it will not work.

The thing I've found with trunk searches is they cannot be made during a car stop (unless you ask them to step out of the vehicle) and although the notice shows up, they won't be performed unless you are in a particular spot close to the trunk of the car. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I actually had a pretty smooth play session just now, no errors or crashes at all for the entire ~40 minutes of game.

Does anyone know if pursuit world events are back in? Ones that you press E to join?

I've actually had my first 'disregard, code 4's after installing the rc2-r2

Edit: I did have one glitch/bug now that I remember it. I was on a domestic disturbance callout and it looks like it spawned inside the hardware store where roman goes to play poker. I had no way of getting into the building since none of the doors worked. My only thought was perhaps this building opens up later in the game? Does anyone know?

No LCPDFR is the ony mod i have installed. I usted to have the bodyguard mod and the car bomb mod but i deleted/uninstalled them when i installed LCPDFR.

You know, I actually noticed that myself. It was when I was arresting someone, and I pressed E (the only time it did work at a stop). The other time was when I was giving a parked car a ticket, and just happed to be near the trunk rather than the front driver side tire.

As for the domestic disturbance happening in places where you can't freely enter. Also, during that same shift, I got one inside the Grotti, for some reason, I couldn't get inside, so I tried to bust the front door with the "baton", that didn't do the trick. Then I tried the Gun, still no luck, then I tried to take down the window with this:

Didn't work either, so I ended up driving through one of the windows (that wasn't connected to the doors) instead.

Admittetly, did make for a very good high intesnsity situation, because you could clearly see what was unfolding inside, but you had no way of getting in there!

I am so close to uninstalling the mod and goeing back to blowing up cars and shooting police officers with Ricky Gervais. This is rediculous. I didn't even have some of these problems in older versions of the mod.

Mind you, this isn't an actual stable release. The last official stable release was 0.91. 0.95 Beta, RC1 and RC2 are not stable, and are meant to more or less be for "testing purposes". I too had a problem with 0.95 Beta acting up when that was released by the devs (it kept crashing when a random car pursuit started), so I just removed it and mellowed out with 0.91 until another version that should be fixed came out (which was RC1 for me). You should do the same (revert to even RC1 if it was working for you) until either a new version comes to try out, or a stable version of 0.95 comes out. RC2 also introduced a LOT of new featuers that were not there (Parking Tickets, simplified form of stop and search, trunk searches, and a seperate taser being some of the things.) So chances are, they are seeing how they work with everyone right now before they can get a stable version done.

I have the same problem. My game even crashed a couple times when using the tazer.

There is a little something... This is not big but if the action botton could work with controllers... No big deal because I'm using xpadder for that.

I did see that I cannot search a trunk if someone is in the car, I don't know if anyone else saw that. everything else in RC2 works pretty good for me, haven't had a problem with crashing at all either and I'm using just one modded car and els v6.
