Honestly I'm surprised nobody has made this a separate modification yet, but it would be nice to have all the street names in the dispatch system.  Adds that extra level of realism.  Perhaps even have the officer in pursuit calling out the turns as well.

LCPDFR already uses all of the street name audio files that are available in the game. Dispatch will update car make and color, street, location, direction of travel, and speed (well the text shows speed, but the audio always says 90MPH) during pursuits. All new audio would have to be recorded to have officers calling in location and street names.

That would be a immersive mod good idea sounds like a in depth under taking to me. I'd be willing to help if some one wants to do it.
