Whenever I launch GTA IV I get this error (screenshot attached). The game works fine and all my other mods work but LCPDFR doesn't. 

Please use the ScriptHookDotNet version that comes with LCPDFR, you are using a wrong/older one.

Sorry but it doesn't seem like you did it right. Could you please screenshot your game directory and highlight the ScriptHookDotNet.asi file and its properties (size, date modified etc.)?

I had this problem, install using xlive not dsound.dll. change gta 4 exe and launch gta4 to run as administrator, search the forums, there's loads of info make sure you have C++ 2012 for display installed. Really search ' will not start' all the links to everything you needs to install is there.
