hello, I'm a bit new here, (to the forums at least) anyways, I live in Omaha, and would love to see the caprice shown in these links made in gta 4, I apologize in advance for not having the greatest pictures, its the best i could find.

Rear View: (I could only find pics of a crown vic rear view, however the decals/ stickers are the same on  the caprice, and you probably know what a caprice looks like at this point, lol)

I just wanted to pop in and say I was looking for the same thing at one point. I'm in Omaha too.

I don't think anyone's made a caprice with a valor. The closest you might be able to get is KevinDV's Caprice and but a Omaha skin on it.

Getting a super accurate model is doubtful.  If you are really lucky someone may have modeled something very close.

 

And there have been so many skins/textures made,  i would think the Omaha one would be here somewhere.

Oh my, I can't believe there aren't any Omaha skins here.  If you find a suitable Caprice PPV, I can make this skin for you, so long as I can find a high-res version of Omaha's door badge...

It looks like GeorgieMoon will be releasing a Caprice PPV with a FedSig Valor sometime soon =D  Talk about timing lol.
