I believe this directly affects all street lights/lampposts in the game. Does somebody know how I can edit these files to make the street lights/lampposts dimmer? I believe the animviewer.ide affects the street lights on the highways in the game and the lamppost.ide affects just regular lampposts on the roads.

 

Unfortunately it says that I'm not permitted to upload those files. I figured that I would post them up here and anyone can look at them as a reference. I don't know why I'm not permitted...
