Dashlight Question

Featured Replies

Here's a third question. (Sorry for three questions in a short period of time, but I'm still learning the ropes so I don't know too many things) In the two pictures, does anyone know of the dash light that fits around the brake light that are in the pictures?

     I appreciate it. Thank you.

Another quick question. When I try to put the lights within the vehicle they disappear into the vehicle?

drag police.wft or whatever your car name is below dashlight.wft

That's because the file of the lights isn't actually put into the vehicle hierarchy yet

Once it is placed into the vehicle hierarchy (ex. Police.wft, Police2.wft etc.) than it will be seen from inside the vehicle

     I appreciate it. Thank you.

You gotta move them above the car in the hierarchy. And when your done setting up put the stuff below, the chassis_L0s-L2s in the hierarchy.

Good luck on your models, hope to see some els v8 AST cars

After I install the light I have a problem. When I turn them on, only the left side of the blue light flashes, while the whole red light flashes?

From my perspective I believe the dash light may be broken, at least for me. The red light (right side) works perfectly fine, but the blue light (left side) seems to be broken. Half of the blue light works while the other half of the blue light doesn't flash at all?

It worked fine for me. The downside is that it doesn't fit the Driver SF CVPI :/

Try re-installing it, it's definitely on your end.

Is it because I am using the Driver San Francisco Crown Victoria?

No, it just looks out of place since the light was designed for Bugs' CVPI. Like I said, try re-installing it and it might work.

Well it's something on my end because it doesn't want to properly work even with re-installing it.
