using 1.0.7.0.  - when playing during the day time hours i have a lag thats unenjoyable for game play. however if i play after 12am midnight i have little to no lag at all. any reason or explanation behind this ?

i tried both commandlines you offered. plus removed a lot of scripts. i dont get why i lag during the day and not at night lol.  do you think internet usage could affect this ?

 

It definitely wouldn't. The reason you lag more during the day rather than during the night is because the game has to render more details during the day-time and less at night-night. I'd suggest lowering your in-game settings and consider using a different traffic spawner.
