  • Dell, HP, etc all overprice their products. If you don't want to get a Laptop, there is no reason to go with those. I recommend you build one yourself or ask a friend who knows how to do it.

  • Yes, should work fine.

  • SIGH. LCPDFR and third party mods such as trainer's do not usually require decent hardware.. In short: Buy a PC that can run GTA IV decently and you'll be able to run LCPDFR.

One side note thing...is there a way to have a different key for each siren? Thanks guys!

That'll run perfectly by the way, I have the same CPU and I cant mention anything bad about it. The graphics card is very nice too, but you'll probably struggle when trying to run at max settings. I currently have a GTX 285 in my build and havent tried running GTA 4 on it yet, but before that I had a GT 530 which doesnt even come close to the 6770.
