Sorry its only 360p, dont know how to fix that.

To start.... What do you record with?  Bandicam, Fraps... something else?

Next... What do you edit your videos with? (If you do...)

(I Hope we can fix this as i used to record low quality as well....)

I use bandicam.

I edit it with WMM. Export them in 180p Resolution. 

It's in 1080p for me. Remember, YouTube takes some time to fully process the video so during that time it'll only be available in lower resolutions.

It's just a fallout-ish thing we started on a couple days ago.
