So i installed a mod with cop cars, so then i installed it. Then i have no lights only sirens then i installed ELS. I cant get the pannel open i have LCPDFR 95r1

Pres J K or L for the lights. Alt + M should open the panel.

There's a key code guide on the bottom of the ini. Find the key you want to replace M with (the Alt key must stay, can't change that) and find the numerical code for it. Then go back to the top and replace the # code for M with the key you want. Example, if you wanted alt + y rather than alt + m, use the numerical code for Y (89).

ELS and CPR don't conflict that often. ELS is used in a car, CPR is on foot.

that only works outside the vehicle so in the vehicle it will bring up the panel

Are you using a trainer? If so,make sure that if your using a trainer to press RCTRL+RALT+D to deactivate the trainer. Wont let you punch any keys really when its activated, as far as els goes lol
