this shouldn't even be running if you are missing that

I updated both of them and the game is still crashing

question is where, what were you doing at the time and were you running the game as ADMIN?

When I choosing a skin and patrol car everything is ok but when dispatch is asking did I want to go on misson I'm pressing yes and when red dot is showing on the screen and when I'm few meters away game freezes and message comes up saying "GTA IV has stoped working".
