Not trying to be rude, But ALL of this is painfully posted EVERWHERE on the web, Gtapolicemods.com, Google, Other modding sites, the stickys on theese forums etc......

Heres a couple of things to help you out:

Speedometer should be simple, Just read the readme.txt thats included.

100% also is easy, Read the readme.txt!

Real nypd cars? Look around on Gtapolicemods.com, Find the cars you want, then use the tut that I posted above.

Also, What do you need to play the game? Nothing, If you installed it correctly you should be able to play it, But the mod is a diffrent story.

Thats all I have to say about that....

PS: Your title is kinda a oxy moron due to the fact this thread really has nothing to do with The mod, LCPDFR.

lol but yes, justin is correct. Just use the tutorials that are all over the web. Google literally is your best friend in this situation.
