Hello. What setting in the timecyc.dat file in Edit IV (or maybe it is somewhere else) affects the graininess of the light bar on police cars when they're flashing? I hope I'm explaining it in a way that you guys can understand; when the lights on the light bar are flashing, they are very grainy-looking, like, you could see every detail of the lightbar through the red/blue/yellow lights.

eh, the thing is that ENBs tend to screw up the game, not work right and I have to end up reinstalling everything. I had it fixed the right way one time, but I can't remember what I did and to what file. I think it might've been the timecyc file. I doubt it was visualsettings, though..
