Should run it pretty good.

(For IV) You can expect to run on Max, & maybe on Medium with ENB. I haven't tried ENBs, so you might be able to run higher.

Can't really say much about V, but it's probably a guarantee that you can run at least on Medium.

It appears that you have done your research, unlike 90% of the builds posted here with really mismatched parts. I believe that it will run GTA IV on max settings with any ENB of your choice. You should also be fine running GTA V on at least medium if not high-max settings. 

I can play any game on max graphics. I haven't found a game that I get low FPS.
