This is correct and If you don't have LOD's the parts with out them will be either a bright light or It will be invisible from a certain distance

i Attached the headlights to the lightbar extra 5 and 6 L0 and the back lights are just extra 6 and 7 without the L0, it is what i used on my NJSP FCV and never had issue's with it, and i didn't change anything to the headlights, i imported the rambar had some issue's there and now the wig wags aren't working, while they work in the back, those are attached to extra_3 and extra_4

I think you can make the head, tail and reverse lights flash in the config file (only in ELS V8) it could be possible that this is interfering. But if you use other versions, I have no idea.
