Account linking in 0.91 installer not working.

Okay. I downgraded from 0.95 RC1 to 0.91 because the former was a bit too buggy for me. The 0.95 account linking feature *works*. However, the 0.91 account linking feature does not. Yes, I did run the tool as an administrator. To be honest, this isn't a massive deal because I can still play LCPDFR without it, but I'd like to be able to import my crime statistics here from the game. For convenience, the error message says something about an unhandled exception or something and it says "problem negotiating with G17 Media".. It has something to do with Microsoft .NET Framework since that's what the title of the error message is. I can take a screenshot of the full error message if needed. I have the .NET Framework extended, yes. I'm really not sure what could be wrong, so any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Known issue. Due to API changes you can't link .91 with the site.

Oh, I see. Even in 0.95 RC1, in the error logs, there is a lot of 404 errors where LCPDFR has tried to update the system but whatever website it was trying to do it on was not found. Is this related to the same API changes which stopped linking 0.91 or is it a bug?
