Yea and then i put lcpdfr and scripts in should i do another and leave it alone?
Either way i did two clean reinstalls then put lcpdfr with dsound and it stopped working


but xlive works fine.

Judging from your screenshots you have a graphic enhancer installed (either ENB or ICEnhancer). when you uninstall the game it doesn't remove your directory if you have it installed unlike if you have no ENB it'll remove your directory when you uninstall your game.

 

Uninstall your game, go to your directory and completely delete it. then you can reinstall GTA. your problem is that it's re-installing your game but it's still using the same directory as your previous install and not a clean directory.

Check your GTA directory to see if all of your ENB files are still there.. if they are then a new directory wasn't made, which makes your game modded again.
