I have recently got Icenhancer 3.0 but I have one problem with it...

After the loading the game starts like usual but I notice there's no text, hud, radar and the pause menu acts weird. The gameplay is fine no FPS lost. Also the screen is acting like a puzzle. I don't think it's FPS related.

 

Your video card may be overheating, lines in the screen is a symptom of it. ICEnhancer has problems with certain video cards, most of them are nVidia cards. I'd uninstall it and see if the problem persists. If uninstalling ICEnhancer fixes it, ditch it and use ENB instead. I find ICEnahncer to be kinda cheesy looking anyway. Everything is too bright and overly "high def" for my liking. Not every texture in the world is sharp.

I've had the same issue. You have to go into your Catalyst Control Center, 3D Application Settings and hit 'Default settings', that should fix it.

I've also noticed that ELS dosen't work. The lights just freeze

Oops I accidently deleted my els.ini files my fault. lol.

Also the bug is gone yay :)
