I have a rear stealth deck bar, but all the lights on it stay on all the time in-game, even without els being activated. as soon as i spawn the car, the lights come on. and also, my grille lights dont work, at all even though i attached the extras to the lightbar.

the els_red, els_blue and stealth_deck_bar are all part of the deck bar.

When I import it, there are no extras that i need to attach, not one extras folder.

You have to attach the els_red and els_blue to extras. You can't expect everyone to do it for you.

Your heirarchy is a mess, too. Attach all the lighting housings to one-another.

No need to be such an asshole about it. I don't expect everyone to do it for me, actually. i wasn't sure if i needed to attach them to a certain extra or something. jesus

 

EDIT: I get "can not attach parent to child"

 

EDIT 2: fixed it.
