Hi again =)

 

Just a little something I've been working on.  A fictional LCPD Highway Patrol - Speed Enforcement Unit Jaguar XFR Police in special-edition livery.  Features full-body graphics of night-shots of the real New York City, carbon-fiber hood, roof, and trunk, and little reflective-details.  Just wondering what you guys think of the color-scheme.  I think the copper color stripe looks the best (it's very highway-patroley).

The colour scheme is nice but I don't like the cityscape nor the lower case text, I'm sure others will appreciate it though. Nice work anyway.

Still experimenting...

A few people have suggested I make a pack out of this design, so here are some experiments:

 

On the 2012 Charger?? (Model by Cj24)

 

 

Needs a bit of work, the rake of the graphics is slightly too much.  The graphics was originally designed only for the Jaguar, but I'll see if I can make it work.  The fonts have also changed, since these are no longer Jaguars, I cannot use the Jaguar JC Book font on them lol.

 

 

On the Tahoe?? (Model by Lt.Caine)

 

 

The rake of the graphics is definitely too much on the Tahoe, which is flat in comparison to the natural lines of the Jag and the Charger.  Maybe I should make the stripe and lettering flat on cars that are flat, like the Tahoe and the CVPI???

These look awesome! Once you do release these, I think you should release 2 versions. With and without the cityscape, so people could choose which one they like best! Any idea on a Release-Date?

Thank you =)  Releasing both versions was the plan, but right now, I'm leaning towards not having the cityscape at all.  Looks out of place.  I have no idea on a release date lol, I'm still in the process of adapting this design on other vehicles (finished a CVPI last week), but I'm also working on a bunch of other skins too =P  Not to mention, someone suggested that I make a non-highway-patrol version for general-police work, so I'm experimenting with that too!

I did (I just didn't post it).  I think it looks pretty good too.  I'm planning on not having the white stripe on non-Speed-Enforcement vehicles like the Tahoe, CVPI, Caprice PPV, etc.

I haven't made any additional progress =(((  I'm sorry.  Been busy with a few other skins (not to mention stuff outside of LCPDFR, as in, real-life lol), but I haven't forgotten about this pack! =)

I agree with him. All though it would be a nice show car.

Finalized for the CVPI (both templates)

 

Finalized for the 2012/13 Dodge Charger

 

The Caprice PPV is finalized too (not pictured, only very minor changes from the WIP version), although I would next need to adapt it to KevinDV's Caprice PPV.

 

 

Next to be finalized is the Dodge Challenger SRT8, and next model to be WIP would be the 2015 Charger.  After that, the Tahoe will be finalized.  Then on to the FPIU.

 

THEN, I might release, but I'm thinking about going crazy and add a Lamborghini and/or Ferrari into the increasingly bad-ass LCHP Speed Enforcement Unit lolol XD  You gotta love impounds from the LCPD Vice Squad =D
