ELS V8 Setting up Arrowboard

Hi I'm use a car which has a message board which flips up and down and uses the new arrow board feature in ELS V8. I press ALT+K and CTRL+K in game and nothing happens and I can't see how I would set it up in the ELS.ini. Does anyone have any ideas? This car I'm using is this one made by British Police Mods.

In the vehicle config file in the ELS folder, look for a line saying "EnableArrowBoard = off" and change "off" to either "hood" or "trunk" depending on what the message board is mapped to (just try and see if it moves to find out what it's mapped to).

Ok thanks I think its set to the trunk
