Anyone know how to disable this? Sorry, I don't know if this is the right area for this, but help would be awesome. You know when you're just driving around and the radio chat just starts going off. More like a police scanner chat, I'm not a fan of it and can't disable it via LCPDFR Diagnostics tool because I get this error; Here. Maybe I can get help fixing that too. LCPDFR works IG for me getting on duty and so forth.
