    This, Also, The only things needed to run LCPDFR, Is A legit version of Gta iV or EFLC, The game be fully patched to the newest version, Etc. No other tools are needed to run the mod correctly, Get Gta iv, Run the mod installer, Enjoy! :biggrin:
