    No. Police usually used Ford Expeditions in the early 2000's because the Escapes were too small and didn't deliver enough power.

    Technically, you are wrong, only 2 of them are. NYC Parks Enforcement Patrol are Special Patrolmen in the state of New York, and thereby also Peace Officers with arrest powers.
