Too bright? You can go into your visualsettings.DAT ehich is located in your Common - Data folder.  decrease the Other emissive lights section.

Here is mine - The green text is the value you need to decrease

# Other emissive lights
car.defaultlight.emissive.on    70
car.defaultlight.emissive.off    .05
car.brakelight.emissive.on    5
car.brakelight.emissive.off    .05
car.middlebrakelight.emissive.on    5
car.middlebrakelight.emissive.off    .05
car.reversinglight.emissive.on    8
car.reversinglight.emissive.off    .1
car.extralight.emissive.on    17
car.extralight.emissive.off    .05

Have you tried looking in your ENB.INI? there might be an option to decrease it.

It's a strange problem, because all the ENB Series i have used the lights are either dark, or bright (at both day and night), i have never encountered a problem where the lights are right at day but super bright at night.

Try going to your visualsettings.dat and going to the bottom

find

misc.BloomIntensityClamp.HD

misc.BloomIntensityClamp.SD

misc.BloomIntensityClamp.SD.ps3

and try turning them down.

I had the opposite problem as you. day the lights looked like shit, but at night they were fine.

i changed those settings from 1.00 to 10.00 and they dramatically changed and my leds looked like they were supposed to in the daylight and even better at night. It might help you.
