Reliable Spark IV Download Site?

I've gone to a couple of different websites to get Spark IV but my anti-virus doesn't like any of them and I don't want bugs in my rig. Is there a clean site to download Spark IV from, and once I get it does it have to be installed to my GTA IV folder for it to work properly? I've installed the LCPDFR mod and I'm enjoying it but I'd like a cleaner method of installing addons such as cars, peds and scenery.

    I'm running Norton 360 Premier Edition currently, and that download has never set off my Anti Virus in the few times I've had to re-download it.

    Please note, per the topic I linked you to, only that download (as far as I know) will work with the GTA IV 1.0.7.0 patch
