Hello,

yesterday I wanted to start GTA IV, but during the Intro I get an error that I don't have enough video memory. I already searshed on google and they say I should change something in the settings, but it's not possible, because it's crashing after 3 seconds. I have a GTX560.

Try using a commandline. I ran a GTX 560ti for about 2 years with almost no problems in IV. 

I tried this commandline severaly times, but it doesn't works for me:

-norestrictions
-availablevidmem 2.0
-dx10 /high

Try these:

Yes, you have to put it into command line text document. I don't know, but you should use those that match with your graphics card.
