[Question] Noose Cruiser Patrolling Streets

Is there anyway to have the Noose cruiser to patrol the roads of Liberty City just like the LCPD cruiser and patrol vehicle?

Yes there is!

I literally just installed this.

It enables a wide range of vehicles to spawn into the traffic, it's brilliant!

 

Also noose vehicles will join in with incidents too, so if you happen to be unarmed (Like me, being a British copper) and someone pulls a gun on you, it's rather handing having a passing by Armed Response Vehicle (Noose), where the Authorised Firearms Officers jump out and take them down.
