I'm using Spark IV since my norton doesn't run the other one.
I get this error when I click the Gta iv icon.
How can I make adding mods for eaiser because I'm just downloading random stuff -_-

Also if anyone could be helpful and tell me some links that would be helpful for me to install the Trainer.

Are you using the correct version of SparkIV for your game? Have you extracted it? OpenIV is a lot better than SparkIV, I would just disable Norton while running it.

 

The trainer is a drag and drop, that's it. 

Also now I disable some parts of the norton but I really don't know what to disable.

Just disable all of Norton until OpenIV has downloaded and then enable it again. It probably doesn't like it because it's a Russian website. I can assure you, OpenIV contains no malware provided you download it from the correct place. 

Well Open Iv isn't working,I just want to fix the error I had with Shark IV because it's already downloaded on my computer.

I do have the right version of Spark IV but the same error comes up when I click the GTA Button.
I just need the error fix so I can add the trainer and some mods into the game.

Try exporting SparkIV to your Grand Theft Auto IV folder and running it from there. I'm just guessing, as I really have no idea when it comes to SparkIV. 

I'd highly recommend getting OpenIV to work, as it's much better, faster & constantly updated.

Well the problem with OpenIV my torrent isn't allowing it to pass,I tried turning everything to off but it still won't download.

Why on earth are you using a torrent for that?

Remove Norton and get a real anti virus system.

I'd recommend Avast, it's one of the best anti-virus software out there. http://www.avast.com

 

I run it in conjunction with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Microsoft Security Essentials.
